Cropsey Bagels

The bagels are Real good yummy. The only thing I have a problem with is when you call for delivery. The lady on the phone is not that good with communication. First, she might tell you a price and then when the delivery man comes it’s a different price. Second whatever you order its a huge possibility she’s not gonna doublecheck with you before she hang up the phone.

Bagel was delicious, though the middle aged lady taking my order was not the most friendly whatsoever. She did not understand my order at first (which was simply an everything bagel, nothing on it and cream cheese on the side). Due to the lack of understanding and patience on her side, instead of simply trying to proactively communicate, she had started to get real nasty with me as if I were the one at fault. (I was born and raided in BK and have been ordering bagels my whole life) Even though the taste was good, you can easily find a good bagel as well as excellent customer service elsewhere. I would rather spend my money 5 blocks away to be serviced by someone with a smile on their face as well as the same, if not better, quality In addition, there is not always enough seating if you plan on staying. There was simply the bar stool area facing the window and one table full of junk. I had to wait 10 minutes to take a seat.

This place is the best. The staff is very friendly and the kitchen staff really know how to prepare food. Everything I ordered was cooked perfectly. They're always busy serving the community from early morning to about 10 or 11 PM. They have 3 tables for dining in. They have a full wall of refrigerated beverages, at least 10 baskets of fresh assorted bagels and so much more. Come check it out. Ask for John.
